Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections
• Prepare presentation drawings and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Create working drawings and Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project execution
• Ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and creative designs.

Requirements:

• B.Arch or Degree in Interior Designing
• 5 to 6 years experience in any reputable architect firm with specialisation in high-end commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of interior decoration, space planning
• Good Visualisation skills , AutoCAD , Sketch-up , Vray etc MS office
• Prepare Production & Shop Floor Designs for Execution.
• Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
