Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thrissur for a Quantity Surveyor & Estimator. The primary responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), controlling construction costs, conducting cost planning and cost management, and generating cost reports. The role involves close coordination with the project management team to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy in project costing. Qualifications Experience with Cost Control and Cost Management Proficiency in preparing bills of quantities (BOQs) and Cost Planning Skills in generating accurate Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred Show more Show less
