You need to be adept at blending operational support with strategic coordination. As the Founders’ right hand, you will help optimize time, drive key initiatives forward, and act as a bridge between leadership and internal/external stakeholders directly to our energetic and dynamic founders Divanshu Kumar (Co-Founder & CEO, Forbes 30 under 30 winner) and Moinak Banerjee (Co-Founder & CTO). If you’re a very organized person who is still comfortable with chaos, enjoy being the go to person for organizing schedules, communicating various requirements, coordinating with a wide variety of stakeholders, etc. this role is definitely for you. You will also be assisting with strategic tasks to ensure that Divanshu and Moinak can focus on key business decisions and operations, essentially acting as their right-hand person in a super fast-paced environment.Your role will involve –Executive & Strategic SupportManage the Founder’s calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Document minutes of the meeting succinctly and chalk out appropriate action itemsPrepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, reviews, and stakeholder engagements.Act as a thought partner — helping structure tasks, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely follow-through on key decisions.Handle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.Assist in the preparation of documents, pitch decks, reports, and presentations. Operational ExcellencePlan and manage complex logistics including domestic & international travel, visas, events, board meetings, and speaking engagements with internal and external stakeholdersOversee implementation of key processes to improve Founder’s efficiency.Manage documentation, correspondence, expenses, reimbursements, and reporting workflows.Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline payment workflows.Who You Are:A highly organized and proactive professional with 0-3 yrs of experience preferred who can work in a startup environment.An exceptional communicator with strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Tech-savvy; preferably very proficient with Google workspace tools.Driven by impact and excited to be part of a company solving real-world challenges through innovation.Strong multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
