This strategic role is focused on leading the academic and curriculum innovation agenda across our practicum models for students in technical education and professionals in the industrial workforce. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in curriculum design, instructional innovation , and industry-academia alignment —with a strong commitment to academic excellence and scalable impact. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 🎓 Academic & Curriculum Leadership Design and standardize future-ready, industry-relevant curricula for Innovation and Technology Practicum programs Collaborate with industry experts and academic stakeholders to ensure cutting-edge, real-world-aligned learning content Integrate innovation-centric pedagogies , including problem-solving, product thinking, and experiential learning into curriculum frameworks Create and maintain academic architecture that enables scalability, adaptability , and outcomes orientation across multiple programs and locations ✅ Academic Strategy & Quality Assurance Define academic standards and benchmarks in alignment with national regulatory frameworks and global best practices Institutionalize curriculum development cycles, review processes, and feedback loops for continuous improvement Establish robust models for assessment, academic audit, and certification frameworks 📊 Insights & Innovation Leverage data and evidence to assess curriculum effectiveness, learning outcomes, and program impact Promote knowledge sharing, content innovation, and academic excellence within the internal academic team and partner institutions 🤝 External Academic Engagement Build and nurture partnerships with universities, industry bodies, and accrediting agencies to co-create and validate curricular models Represent Forge.Academy in academic forums and contribute to shaping policy and practices in technical education and innovation-based learning 🎓 Qualifications & Experience Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Education, Technology, or Curriculum Design 10+ years of experience in curriculum leadership , academic strategy, or higher/vocational technical education reform Strong understanding of outcome-based education, NEP 2020, and regulatory frameworks in technical education Experience working at the intersection of academia and industry to co-develop programs or learning models Proven ability to lead academic innovation, drive standardization, and influence stakeholders across institutions
