Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's daily schedule and appointments, coordinating travel and expense reports, handling confidential administrative support tasks, and serving as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders. The role also involves preparing reports, organizing meetings, and supporting strategic initiatives set forth by the CEO.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support for senior leadership
• Proficiency in Expense Reports and Diary Management
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and time management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in assisting executive leadership or in a similar role is highly desirable
