Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Coordinate Chairman or CEO travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Prepare research notes, competitor insights, and strategic briefs for client pitches and internal presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Help streamline processes, manage projects, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain high visibility over ongoing initiatives and report status updates with clear next steps.
