Role & responsibilities Assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements. Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications. Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management. Proven experience in project management and team leadership. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STADD). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
