Assistant Manager - Electrical

Role & responsibilities:

1. In-charge of all activities related to Electrical works, to finalize design & drawings from A & E Consultant and Advise Senior to review and approve.

2. Review and comment on Electrical and Low voltage System drawings, Technical Specifications and data sheet, Electrical Calculation and any other documents that may require for the designing stage of project received from A & E Consultant and Advise Senior to review and approve.

3. If required to carry out Electrical and Low voltage system Design and produce Electrical layout required for the project and Advise Senior to review and approve.

4. Review and comment on Electrical and Low voltage System GFC Drawings and any other documents that may require for the project execution at site received from A & E Consultant and Advise Senior to review and approve.

5. Review of Technical offer received from Electrical Contractor / Vendor along with A & E Consultant along with Technical Comparison and Advise Senior to review and approve

6. Highlight deviations, if any to Electrical Manager

7. Participating Technical Meeting with Electrical Contractors / Vendors along with Seniors, A & E Consultant, Procurement Assistance

8. Review of Minutes of Meeting for Electrical contractor / vendor, Minutes of Meeting for Internal meeting and issue to concern.

9. Review of Final Ordering Technical Specification / Tender and BOQ Prepared by A & E Consultant and Advise Senior to review and approve.

10. Participating kick of Meeting with Electrical Contractors / Vendors along with Seniors, A & E Consultant, Procurement Assistance & PMC.

11. Review of DPR, Measurement Sheet and RA Bill of Electrical Contractor, Vendors Invoice etc.

12. To coordinate for site requirement related to GFC drawing and client scope of Material with PMC

13. Review and Comments on GA Drawings of Electrical Equipment’s, Data Sheet and other documents submitted by Electrical Contractor / Vendor and Advise Senior to review and approve.

14. Collection of As-Built Drawings for Electrical and Low Voltage system, O & M Manual and other detail from A & E consultant and PMC.

15. Get it Prepare from A & E Consultant on Compilation of daily all checklists, pre-commissioning, Testing and commissioning Procedure, Format, reports.

16. Preparing of Standard operating procedure (SOP) for the operation and maintenance of the new facility and its equipment.

Compilation of various statutory authority approvals.
