Assistant Manager - Electrical

Short Description of the Job Profile:

1.Required candidate should have BE/B.tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering 2.Should have min 8-10 years of relevant experience as the position requires 3.Possession of Electrical supervisor license by CEIG, Karnataka will be of added advantage.

Detailed description of the Job profile:

1. Required departmental budget Proposal & approval

2. Monitoring & Controlling Maintenance expenses

3. Ensuring uninterrupted Power supply to utilities

4.Tracking equipment Uptime by rigorously following Predictive & Preventive maintenance

5.Periodical inspection of 1.5MVA,2.5MVAx03 Transformers & of HT/LT, Passenger lifts, DG sets 750KVA,2080KVA & 1500KVA etc 1956 IE Regulations/CEA-2010 & compliance of defects or observations

6.Responsible for completion of the statutory compliances related to Electrical department

7.Co-ordinating with the vendors for on time completion of AMC ,ARC & other maintenance works.

8. Identification of CAPEX needs of the site, Compiling and Proposing based on the Priority/criticality.

9.Coordination with Projects team for timely completion of Projects & as per design/intended use

10. Identification of Business excellence ideas (Cost Savings, avoid wastage, conservations,efficiency improvement)

11. Day to day tracking and analysing power consumption & R&M activities

12.To Optimize/Conserve the Electric power utilization across Site by close coordination with major users & other cross functional teams

13.Timely completion of Preventive maintenance/Overhauling of Equipments

14. Review and upgradation of documents related to Electrical department to include cGMP requirements (SOP's, CAPA,CCF, Validation and Qualification Documents).

15.Maintaining/ Upgradation of Facility & Infrastructure for any time Audit readiness
