Job Description

An Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chairman

  • Schedule & Calendar Management

    : Proactively manage the Chairman's complex calendar, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and commitments, ensuring optimal time use.
  • Communication Hub

    : Act as a primary contact, filtering and prioritizing emails/calls, drafting responses, and communicating on behalf of the Chairman with senior officials, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Meeting & Board Support

    : Organize logistics, prepare agendas, collate papers, take minutes, and track action items for executive, board, and strategic meetings.
  • Travel Coordination

    : Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
  • Document & Project Support

    : Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents; manage filing systems; and support special projects with a hands-on approach.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion

    : Handle highly sensitive information, financial documents, and personal matters with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Stakeholder Liaison

    : Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, board members, government officials, and external partners.
