Executive Assistant — Founder’s Office(Travel-Intensive, 0–3 yrs)Base: Mumbai (preferred)Type: Full-time • Travel: 40–70% (India + international)Who we’re hiring:A sharp, high-energy generalist to shadow the Founder and turn ideas into execution across networking, team building, talent, new ventures, M&A, and ecosystem partnerships.What you’ll do• Shadow & execute: Accompany the Founder to meetings; capture decisions; own follow-ups and deadlines end-to-end.• External networking: Map key stakeholders (customers, govt, investors, partners); maintain a live CRM; prep briefs and talking points; drive relationship cadences.• Internal team building & talent: Run hiring pipelines (JD → sourcing → interviews → offers → onboarding); coordinate weekly rhythms, OKRs, and review notes.• Strategy & new ventures: Research markets, size opportunities, build lean business cases, pilots, and launch plans; own special projects.• M&A support: Build target lists, teasers, and light IMs; coordinate diligence checklists (finance, legal, tech); manage data rooms and timelines.• Ecosystem development: Draft MoUs, plan roundtables/roadshows, and convert conversations into partnerships.• Comms & content: Create crisp decks, one-pagers, and founder updates; write clear emails/minutes; drive LinkedIn presence; basic Canva/video edits are a plus.• Travel ops: Plan itineraries, visas, invites, and on-ground logistics with zero-miss execution.• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.You’ll thrive here if you have• 0–3 years in consulting, startup ops, biz dev, VC/PE, HR/talent, or as a founder’s EA/Chief-of-Staff track.• Excellent writing, presentation, and research. You can turn chaos into a clean brief or deck.• Operator mindset: Bias for action, structured thinking, and high ownership.• Tools: Google Workspace/MS Office (advanced Sheets/Excel & Slides/PPT), Notion/Asana, Zoom, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). ATS basics a plus.• Social savvy: Comfort with LinkedIn posting, analytics, and light content edits (Canva/CapCut).• Stamina & flexibility: Long days, fast travel, shifting priorities.• Languages: English required; other international language skills are a plus.Nice to have• Basic financial modeling (unit economics, simple P&L), cap tables, and diligence exposure.• Design sense/data-viz; Figma/Canva familiarity.• Experience coordinating advisors (legal, tax, bankers).Growth & compensation• Path: Executive Assistant → Junior Chief of Staff → Business/Partnerships Lead.• Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonus; travel and learning budget.How to applySend your CV, a 3-slide deck (on how you will make a mark with your presence with the founders.
