About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with strong PA and Business Development capabilities to join InfraSingularity. This role will provide high-level executive support, operational execution, and business development assistance to drive partnerships, outreach, and ecosystem engagement. You will be a key member of our global Web3 infrastructure team, ensuring seamless executive support, efficient operations, and contributing to new business opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Primary Responsibilities – EA & PA

• Provide executive assistance: scheduling, travel arrangements, calendar management, and correspondence.
• Manage personal and professional tasks for executives, including household/vendor coordination.
• Event planning, meeting logistics, and itinerary management.
• Support administrative duties and personal assistance as required.
• Handle communication, drafting, and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Business Development Responsibilities

• Assist with BD efforts: outreach, research, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate with external partners, investors, and ecosystem collaborators.
• Support preparation of BD materials: presentations, proposals, and communication decks.
• Track partnership opportunities and maintain CRM/relationship databases.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth avenues.

Operations & Team Support

• Assist in recruitment processes: sourcing, scheduling, onboarding, and documentation.
• Streamline workflows, support internal communications, and manage operational tasks.
• Provide timely updates and reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Ensure smooth coordination across global teams and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 1–5 years of proven experience in Executive Assistance, PA, or Business Development support.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with global executives or international startups.
• Proficient in modern tools: ChatGPT, Notion, Slack, Excel, G Suite, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to research, analyze, and prepare reports for business development initiatives.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, independence, and proactive approach.
