Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the event space.
• Develop goals and objectives that promote growth and prosperity.
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat engagements.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality events.
• Organise and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
• Ensure all events are executed within budget and on schedule.
• Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, production, and approval.
• Manage and mentor the internal event team.
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Delegate tasks and ensure accountability across roles.
• Promote a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
• Assess overall company performance against objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior event role with proven revenue success
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of event technology and industry trends.
