Position: Event Head Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years Location: Andheri West, Mumbai You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the event space. Develop goals and objectives that promote growth and prosperity. Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat engagements. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality events. Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity. Ensure all events are executed within budget and on schedule. Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, production, and approval. Manage and mentor the internal event team. Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Delegate tasks and ensure accountability across roles. Promote a collaborative and performance-driven team culture. Assess overall company performance against objectives. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior event role with proven revenue success Strong leadership and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities. Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
