As a potential candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various key aspects including: - Strategic Planning: You will be involved in formulating strategic plans to drive business growth and success. - Business Development and Revenue Generation: Your role will encompass identifying new business opportunities, generating revenue, and meeting set targets. - Conceptualizing and Expanding Conferences and Events: You will be tasked with successfully conceptualizing and expanding conferences and events to enhance the company's presence in the market. - Customer Relationship Management: Managing customer relationships effectively, both pre-sales and after-sales, will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. - Team Training: You will be responsible for training and developing the team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. - Supervision of Operations: Overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of services. - MIS and Reporting to MD: You will be required to maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and provide regular reports to the Managing Director.
