Develop and manage the event calendar across all school locations and business verticals.
Conceptualize and execute student-centric, parent-facing, and brand-building events
Lead end-to-end event operations: budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, branding, and post-event reporting.
Build event properties/IPs that drive engagement and brand recall across cities.
Work closely with the Marketing team to integrate events into broader campaigns e.g. admission drives, school launches, brand activations.
Support execution of BTL marketing initiatives including school fairs, open houses, local community outreach, and roadshows.
Track key event metrics including footfall, lead generation (where applicable), engagement, satisfaction scores, and ROI.
Maintain a feedback loop to continuously optimize future events and campaigns.
8 to 12 years of experience in managing end-to-end events, preferably in education, consumer, or service-led organizations.
Exposure to BTL marketing or campaign execution is a plus.
