Job Title: Corporate Event Head
Location: [New Delhi] Full-Time | Leadership Role in Events & Client Servicing

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Corporate Event Head with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale corporate and government events. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of experience, strong industry connections, and the ability to independently pitch, plan, and execute events of varying scales. Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Planning

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate and government events, from concept to completion.
• Develop creative event strategies that align with client goals and brand messaging.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, and logistics for multiple projects simultaneously.

Client Pitching & Relationship Management

• Develop and deliver compelling pitches to corporate and government clients.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders.
• Leverage personal network to bring in new business opportunities and recurring event mandates.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor the event execution team, vendors, and agency partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (creative, production, logistics, and finance).
• Ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving on-ground during events.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Liaise with vendors, venues, production houses, and other partners to negotiate contracts and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain a reliable database of suppliers and service providers across event needs.

Quality Control & ROI

• Ensure high standards of event delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track KPIs and event metrics to assess performance and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate and/or government event management is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio of successfully managed large-scale events and campaigns.
• Excellent pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Existing client relationships in corporate and government sectors will be a major advantage.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple deadlines with confidence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as per project needs.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in event agencies, government liaison, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
• Familiarity with government procurement/tendering processes is a plus.
