• Minimum 10 years of experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, or related roles, with proven expertise in international ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., ESRS, CSRD, GRI).
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale ESG projects and regulatory compliance programs.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
• Experience in international, multi-cultural working environments is highly valued.Advanced degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field is a plus.
