Role Summary As a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in configuring and testing SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off and Time Tracking modules. Working closely with the Lead Consultant, you will ensure the successful implementation of time management solutions for our clients. This is a non-client-facing role , allowing you to focus on the technical and functional excellence of the system configuration and supporting the Lead Consultant during the Go-Live and Hypercare phases. Your Responsibilities Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off and Time Tracking modules based on functional specifications provided by the Lead Consultant. Conduct unit testing , system integration testing , and support user acceptance testing (UAT) . Collaborate with the Lead Consultant to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones. Provide technical support during the Go-Live and Hypercare phases. Document configuration, test results, and support materials. Identify and escalate risks or issues to the Lead Consultant proactively. Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices. Your Experience and Skills 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors , specifically in Time-Off and Time Tracking configuration. Proven track record in HRIT consulting or SAP implementation projects . Experience working in agile project environments is a plus. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules. Proficiency in system configuration , testing , and troubleshooting .
