Role Description

Support in conducting ESG and Sustainability assessments, gap analyses, and strategy formulation for clients.

Assist clients in EcoVadis registration, documentation, and rating improvement processes.

Work on preparation of Sustainability / ESG reports aligned with frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, etc.

Coordinate with clients for data collection, validation, and evidence compilation for assessments and certifications.

Support in the implementation of management systems (ISO 9001,ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 26000, ISO 27001, etc.) that strengthen ESG performance.

Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis of industry sustainability practices and ESG trends.

Prepare client deliverables including presentations, reports, and proposals.

Travel to client locations across India for on-site assessments, implementation, and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ESG frameworks and standards, sustainability assessments, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in consulting, process improvement, and ISO certification systems
• Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in tools like LEAN, Six Sigma, TQM, FMEA, and PPAP
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related fields
• Prior experience in ESG consulting or a related domain is preferred
