Position Overview

ERP Expert


Key Responsibilities


  • ERP Implementation & Management

  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementation, upgrades, and maintenance initiatives focused on manufacturing, inventory control, procurement, and finance.

  • Customize ERP modules to align with jewellery manufacturing workflows and operational requirements.
  • Ensure ERP data integrity, security, and scalability.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization

  • Analyze current manufacturing and supply chain processes; recommend and deploy workflow enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement, production planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment through ERP.
  • User Support & Training

  • Serve as the primary ERP point of contact for manufacturing and operations teams.

  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training tailored to business operations.
  • Integration & Reporting

  • Integrate ERP with related systems such as finance, procurement, and inventory management platforms.

  • Design and automate management reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational decision-making.
  • Vendor & Compliance Management

  • Liaise with ERP vendors and consultants for troubleshooting, upgrades, and contract management.

  • Ensure ERP workflows comply with regulatory requirements including GST, hallmarking, and procurement standards.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ERP experience (exposure to jewellery or manufacturing-specific ERP solutions is a must).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes within jewellery or luxury goods industries.
  • Proficiency in ERP configuration, SQL, database management, and data visualization.
  • Proven track record of delivering ERP projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous process improvement.
Desired Attributes
  • Experience supporting jewellery manufacturing or luxury goods companies.
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical ERP solutions.
  • Relevant ERP platform certifications (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle) are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to GST, import/export, and quality standards in jewellery manufacturing.
Reporting Structure
  • Reports To: Operations Director
  • Works Closely With: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Senior Leadership teams.
