Job Description

As a dynamic SaaS Sales Account Manager with a strong background in LMS or HRMS sales, your primary focus will be on selling to mid-market companies with 500 to 10,000 employees. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, which involves prospecting, pitching, closing deals, and expanding accounts. - Identify and engage mid-market companies across various industries with 500 to 10,000 employees - Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to closing deals and onboarding - Deliver customized demos and presentations to HR, L&D, and CXO-level stakeholders - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted outbound campaigns - Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive upsells and renewals - Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reporting using CRM tools - Understand the challenges faced by clients in learning and development and effectively position Careervira to address those challenges Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in LMS, HRMS, or other HRTech solutions - Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market clients in India - Proficiency in consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Familiarity with Sales tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo.io, and Octopus CRM - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach If applicable: You will be preferred if you have experience selling to HR, L&D, or IT stakeholders. Additionally, an understanding of enterprise procurement processes in mid-sized organizations and exposure to EdTech, HRTech, or upskilling platforms would be advantageous.,
