Job Description

Role Overview We’re hiring a dynamic SaaS Sales Account Manager with a strong background in LMS or HRMS sales, who will focus on selling to mid-market companies (500 to 10,000 employees). You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, closing, and expanding accounts. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage mid-market companies across industries with 500–10,000 employees Own and manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery to closing and onboarding Deliver tailored demos and presentations to HR, L&D, and CXO-level stakeholders Collaborate with marketing to drive targeted outbound campaigns Build strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive upsells and renewals Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline and reporting in CRM tools Understand client challenges in learning and development, and position Careervira effectively Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS sales (preferably LMS, HRMS, or other HRTech solutions) Proven track record of selling to mid-market clients in India Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Familiarity with Sales tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Octopus CRM) Self-starter with a results-driven mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to HR, L&D, or IT stakeholders Understanding of enterprise procurement processes in mid-sized organizations Exposure to EdTech, HRTech, or upskilling platforms Show more Show less
