Role Overview
We are looking for a very ambitious & a hard working Enterprise Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to own enterprise client relationships and ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Bling’s AI platform across our global customer base. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and internal advocate — ensuring seamless client experience while driving measurable business outcomes.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to design solutions, manage integrations, and guide clients through implementation, change management, and scaling phases.
