Role Overview

Enterprise Account Executive

consultative enterprise sales


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    new customer acquisition

    and revenue growth across APAC and Middle East enterprise markets.
  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise accounts within Oil & Gas, Utilities, Cement, and Process Manufacturing industries.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges related to

    maintenance optimization, process reliability, and operational efficiency

    .
  • Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Plant Heads, and Reliability & Operations leaders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored, region-specific client solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive

    demos, presentations, and proposals

    that effectively demonstrate UptimeAI’s business value.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to secure long-term, high-value partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking using CRM tools.
  • Stay current with

    regional market dynamics, competition, and industry trends

    influencing AI adoption in industrial sectors.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or industrial technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in

    APAC or Middle East markets

    , with experience closing large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong exposure to

    industrial software, AI, APM, IIoT, or predictive analytics

    solutions.
  • Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of solution-based, ROI-driven enterprise sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
