Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
Design and implement automated email workflows (welcome series, lead nurturing, re-engagement, drip campaigns).
Optimize email campaigns to drive ROI, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
Segment audiences and personalize email communication to improve engagement and performance.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align email strategies with business goals.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to improve performance.
Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics and share actionable insights and reports.
Ensure email best practices, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Continuously improve email performance through data-driven experimentation and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in
email marketing and email campaigning
.
Hands-on experience with
email automation tools
(e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).
Strong understanding of ROI-driven email strategies and funnel-based communication.
Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Experience in
B2B email marketing
.
Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation platforms.
Understanding of full-funnel marketing metrics.
