Email Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Candidate should be familiar with educational content, student audiences, and academic-related email campaigns.

• Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for events, promotions, and audience engagement.

• Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and call-to-actions (CTAs).

• Design or coordinate graphic visuals for email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.

• Collaborate with designers and internal teams for effective campaign execution.

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, strategies, and opportunities.

• Perform RD activities to test new email formats, content styles, and engagement techniques.

• Segment email lists and personalize content for different audience groups.

• Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).

• Optimize campaigns based on insights and performance data.

• Develop email strategies that resonate with student audiences and educational content, ensuring campaigns align with the company s education-focused business model.

Skills Required
