Role Overview: We are seeking a VP – Operations — a leader who doesn’t just manage but orchestrates . You will oversee and integrate all operations across India and Europe — from technology and AI workflows to delivery, cross-regional teams, and growth execution. You’ll be the third arm to the CEO and the business heads, driving the rhythm, discipline and scale that turns vision into results. Key Responsibilities: Global Operations Leadership Lead end-to-end operations covering India and Europe: tech, delivery, client success, AI pipelines, cross-regional coordination. Build and refine operational architecture, processes and workflows that support global scaling. Create one integrated operational playbook that brings together India & Europe teams, ensuring consistency in standards, output and culture. Strategic Scale-Up Design and implement scalable operations frameworks to enhance efficiency, predictability and quality. Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively fix them — you don’t wait for problems, you stop them. Define and track best-in-class operational KPIs, dashboards and governance across regions. Execution & Performance Own delivery excellence: on time, every time — world-class quality, minimal errors. Represent operations on the leadership team, translating vision into operational realities and execution plans. Global Expansion & Integration Oversight of operational performance across Europe and India — ensure cultural alignment, efficiency, integration between offices. Drive regional P&L efficiency and operational synergy across geographies. Build cadence and presence: frequent cross-region check-ins, performance reviews, alignment of goals and metrics.
