Role Overview:

We are seeking a VP – Operations — a leader who doesn’t just manage but orchestrates. You will oversee and integrate all operations across India and Europe — from technology and AI workflows to delivery, cross-regional teams, and growth execution. You’ll be the third arm to the CEO and the business heads, driving the rhythm, discipline and scale that turns vision into results.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Operations Leadership

• Lead end-to-end operations covering India and Europe: tech, delivery, client success, AI pipelines, cross-regional coordination.
• Build and refine operational architecture, processes and workflows that support global scaling.
• Create one integrated operational playbook that brings together India & Europe teams, ensuring consistency in standards, output and culture.

Strategic Scale-Up

• Design and implement scalable operations frameworks to enhance efficiency, predictability and quality.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively fix them — you don’t wait for problems, you stop them.
• Define and track best-in-class operational KPIs, dashboards and governance across regions.

Execution & Performance

• Own delivery excellence: on time, every time — world-class quality, minimal errors.
• Drive accountability across all relevant functions (India & Europe) through measurable outcomes, ownership and results.
• Embed a high-performance culture: quick decision-making, strong ownership, relentless follow-through.

Leadership & People

• Lead, coach and grow a 200+ member cross-functional team across geographies.
• Build leadership depth in operations/support, create succession pipelines.
• Foster a culture that is unified across India & Europe: transparent, efficient, process-oriented, outcome-driven.

Cross-Functional Partnering

• Work closely with the CEO and business heads to align strategic goals with operational capacity and execution.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Client teams to ensure operational readiness, delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Represent operations on the leadership team, translating vision into operational realities and execution plans.

Global Expansion & Integration

• Oversight of operational performance across Europe and India — ensure cultural alignment, efficiency, integration between offices.
• Drive regional P&L efficiency and operational synergy across geographies.
• Build cadence and presence: frequent cross-region check-ins, performance reviews, alignment of goals and metrics.

What You Bring?

• 12-18 years of experience leading large scale, multi-location operations (India + Europe) in technology, AI, creative, SaaS or related industries.
• Proven track-record of scaling complex operations from start-up or growth stage to global reach.
• Hands-on leadership style with bias for action — you’re not a distant strategist; you roll up your sleeves and drive.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational discipline — you know how to set vision and drive the messy details.
• Excellent communication and influence skills across cultures, geographies and levels.
• Cool under pressure: resilient, agile, calm but driven.
