Role Overview: You will be joining as a Talent Strategy Partner in Gurugram, responsible for leading the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on leadership hiring across tech and non-tech domains. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand business needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Drive leadership hiring across tech and non-tech roles. - Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements. - Develop and execute effective employer branding and candidate engagement strategies. - Identify and attract high-quality talent through innovative sourcing methods. - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and efficient hiring outcomes. Qualifications: - Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting and leadership hiring with 4-8 years of experience. - Background in consulting and current work experience in a tech startup environment is required. - Strong understanding of recruiting processes, interviewing techniques, and hiring strategies. - Expertise in employer branding and talent outreach initiatives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or fashion. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
