Talent Strategy Partner

Role Overview: You will be joining FlixStock as a full-time Talent Strategy Partner based in Gurugram. Your main responsibility will be managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on leadership hiring across both tech and non-tech domains. You will work closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to develop effective hiring strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Drive leadership hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. - Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements. - Develop and implement employer branding and candidate engagement strategies. - Utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality talent. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve timely and efficient hiring outcomes. Qualifications: - 4-8 years of proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting and leadership hiring. - Background in consulting and current experience in a tech startup environment. - Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, interviewing techniques, and hiring strategies. - Expertise in employer branding and talent outreach initiatives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or fashion. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
