ROLE OVERVIEW:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring for

  tech

  (backend, frontend, data/AI, product, DevOps) and

  leadership roles.

• Jump in for

  non-tech roles

  too (PMs, Account Managers, Client Success) at junior–mid levels.
• Build pipelines like a pro — think LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, creative sourcing hacks.
• Run the full flow: screening → first chats → interview coordination → smooth candidate experience.
• Work with agencies when needed (esp. global/non-tech roles).
• Help us create a

  global hiring playbook

  as we expand (think creative + EU markets like Poland/Berlin/Warsaw).

Who You Are:

• 4–6 years in

  tech hiring

  , preferably in a executive search firm and then a startup or product-led org.
• A natural talent scout — you have a

  knack for spotting the right people

  and don’t mind going the extra mile to find them.
• Strong experience in (backend, frontend, data/AI, DevOps, product, etc.) plus exposure to adjacent roles.
• Track record hiring engineers, ML/AI specialists, tech leads, PMs, and even leadership roles.
• Amazing at

  stakeholder management

  — you can work with founders, CXOs, and hiring managers directly.
• Thrive in a fast-moving, lean team.
• Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in global/creative hiring (EU/US).
