Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing, SMS, Push Notification, and WhatsApp automation campaigns, including:

o Welcome journeys

o Abandoned cart & browse abandonment

o Post-purchase and re-engagement flows

· Build, manage, and optimize automated customer journeys using marketing automation platforms (Netcore preferred).

· Execute and scale SMS, Push Notification, and WhatsApp automation as part of lifecycle and retention strategies.

· Create and manage audience segmentation based on customer behavior, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stage.

· Coordinate efforts between retention marketing, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign timing.

· Work closely with performance marketing teams to support conversion-focused and remarketing initiatives.

· Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue, retention).

· Optimize content, subject lines, creatives, send times, and workflows across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notification channels using A/B testing and performance insights.

· Support website and conversion optimization (CRO) initiatives from a lifecycle and retention perspective.

· Maintain email, SMS, Push Notification, and WhatsApp hygiene, deliverability best practices, and compliance standards.

· Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or Retention Marketing.

· Hands-on experience with Netcore (preferred) or similar tools such as WebEngage, MoEngage, Klaviyo, or CleverTap.

· Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, CRM, and retention strategies.

· Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands.

· Familiarity with performance marketing fundamentals (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to align retention initiatives.

· Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.

· Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

· Detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.

Good to Have

· Basic understanding of SEO and affiliate marketing.

· Exposure to website CRO and customer behavior analysis.

· Prior experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
