Email Marketing Specialist

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up email marketing software and automation workflows
• Creating and structuring email templates and content flows
• Configuring lead nurturing and client engagement campaigns
• Establishing analytics, dashboards, and reporting standards
• Collaborating with internal teams to align email communication with Renvora’s engagement strategies

Preference will be given to candidates who can work from or visit Gurgaon as needed

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in lead generation and client engagement strategies
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with employee engagement or HR-focused communications is a plus
