Should have experience in cold calling, Generating leads through email and cold calling. 2. Strategic planning to acquire clients in US RPO industry. 3. Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results. 4. Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients. 5. Monitors and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures. 6. Respond to all questions, issues, and requests generated by client managers and/or contingent workers in a timely and professional manner. 7. Manage and mentor the team. Skills Needed: 1.
