Email Marketing Executive – Lead Generation & Business Development (US/CA Market)

Location: Noida, Sector 16

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Executive to focus on US & Canadian markets, generate qualified leads, and support business development efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting US & Canada B2B clients.
  • Develop and maintain prospect databases through research and list-building.
  • Generate qualified leads via email campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert generated leads into business opportunities.
  • Optimize subject lines, templates, and workflows to maximize open & response rates.
  • Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and anti-spam guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (open rates, CTR, lead conversions).
  • Stay updated with best practices in email automation tools, CRMs, and lead nurturing.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or business development (US/CA markets preferred).
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of list-building, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written communication skills (formal and persuasive email drafting).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach & lead generation is a plus.
