Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting professional to join our finance team. The role involves handling core accounting activities including reconciliations, income audits, financial reviews, and intercompany processes. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to work with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Balance Sheet Reconciliation Prepare and review periodic balance sheet reconciliations Ensure all balances are accurate, properly supported, and discrepancies are resolved promptly Income Audit Perform daily income audits to verify accuracy of revenue postings Identify variances and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards P&L Review Analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements Investigate fluctuations and ensure correctness of financial data Provide insights to support management reporting and decision-making Account Reconciliation Reconcile general ledger accounts with supporting documentation Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of variances Intercompany Reconciliation Review and reconcile intercompany transactions Coordinate with internal teams to resolve mismatches and ensure proper eliminations during consolidation Payroll (US) Support U.S. payroll processing No prior experience required—training will be provided Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles (mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field High proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams Good communication and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
