Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Email Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns. The ideal candidate will also possess skills in automation strategy building, audience segmentation, and analytics to improve customer engagement and ROI across multiple messaging platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Management Create, schedule, and manage high-performing email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns. Write and proofread compelling email copy, subject lines, and call-to-actions. Set up automation workflows for welcome series, re-engagement, cart abandonment, feedback, and promotional journeys. Develop lifecycle and drip campaigns based on customer behavior and segmentation. 2. Strategy & Planning Build and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Collaborate with content, design, product, and CRM teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals. Define KPIs, A/B test campaign elements, and suggest improvements based on insights. 3. Audience Segmentation & Personalization Segment the audience based on purchase history, behavior, demographics, and engagement levels. Personalize communication to improve open and conversion rates. 4. Tools & Platform Management Manage tools such as: Email: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Sendinblue, HubSpot SMS: Twilio, MSG91, Textlocal, Kaleyra WhatsApp: WATI, Interakt, Zoko, Gupshup, Twilio WhatsApp API Automation: MoEngage, WebEngage, Customer.io, Omnisend CRM: Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Freshsales 5. Analytics & Reporting Track and report on performance metrics including open rates, CTR, bounce rates, conversions, and ROI. Use Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and platform analytics to optimize campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in email marketing; experience in SMS/WhatsApp marketing is a must. Strong knowledge of email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and deliverability best practices. Proficiency with HTML/CSS for emails is a plus. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
