Email Marketing Executive

Email Marketer (1–4 Years Experience)

Location: Phase-7, Mohali

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Build newsletters, drip campaigns, and customer nurturing flows
• Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and preferences
• Write engaging subject lines, email content, and CTAs
• Design email templates (drag-and-drop or basic HTML)
• Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
• Maintain email list hygiene (cleaning invalid or inactive addresses)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals

Skills Required:

• 1–4 years of experience in Email Marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and email workflows
• Good copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and performance metrics
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices
• Basic HTML knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools
• Knowledge of marketing funnels
• Experience in B2B email campaigns
• Ability to create simple graphics on Canva

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
