Job Summary:

The EDP Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the dealership’s IT systems, vehicle billing, and digital operations, ensuring real-time and accurate data management. The role involves overseeing the DMS, vehicle tracking, report generation, and supporting all departments for seamless functioning in line with Maruti Suzuki’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealer Management System (DMS) Operations:
• Manage Maruti Suzuki DMS platform across departments.
• Ensure real-time data updates, synchronization, and backups.
• Vehicle Billing & Inventory Control:
• Supervise vehicle invoicing and billing through DMS.
• Track vehicle stock and location – from yard to showroom to delivery.
• Ensure accurate retail punching and cross-verification.
• Corporate & Claim Handling:
• Responsible for punching corporate claims and schemes in the system as per MSIL norms.
• Report Management:
• Maintain and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports of vehicle retail, stock, and performance metrics.
• Cross-check retail entries and support audits.
• Team & Coordination:
• Coordinate with all departments (Sales, Service, Insurance, Finance) for DMS and IT-related needs.
• Liaison with MSIL IT Team for any system integration or updates.
• Excel & MIS Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports using advanced MS Excel.
• Automate and streamline report generation where possible.

Desired Profile:

• Education: Graduate in Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA preferred
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in EDP / IT / DMS handling in an automobile dealership
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros preferred)
• Familiar with Maruti Suzuki DMS & corporate claim systems
• Strong data accuracy and documentation skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and coordination ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹22.41 per hour
