Purpose To define the roles, responsibilities, and standard procedures for the Finance Manager in order to ensure efficient financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control within the organization. --- 2. Responsibilities of the Finance Manager Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy of financial records. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
