Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Service Advisor at our Maruti Suzuki Arena Service Center. The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers and ensures their vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively. The role demands strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
• Open job cards and record customer complaints accurately
• Provide technical advice and recommend required services or repairs
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of work
• Keep customers informed about job status, cost estimates, and delivery schedules
• Conduct vehicle delivery with proper explanation of work done
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or concerns effectively
• Maintain service records and follow up for repeat visits and feedback
• Promote value-added services and ensure service targets are met

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Candidates must have any of the following qualifications:

• Diploma (Polytechnic) – Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile
• ITI – Any relevant trade
• B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical / Automobile

Experience:

• Freshers and Experienced candidates both may apply

Additional Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of automotive systems
• Customer service orientation
• Working knowledge of MS Office is an advantage
