Job Description

Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
Managing network systems (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, servers).
Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
Managing email setup, user access, data backup and system security.
Monitoring system performance and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT operations.
Coordinating with vendors for repairs, AMC and IT purchases.
Maintaining IT asset records and ensuring timely updates.
Oversee the daily operations of electronic data processing and IT systems.
Manage and maintain servers, networks, databases, and software applications.
Supervise and mentor a team of data entry operators and IT staff.
Ensure data integrity, security, and timely backup processes.
Implement new systems, upgrades, and process improvements.
Prepare management reports and analyse data for strategic decisions.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors/IT support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Optimize workflows and automate processes to improve efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
