EDP Manager

Location: Ghana, Accra

Role Involves :

EBIZ Frame software

The candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, data security, and provide technical support to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• ERP Implementation & Support

• Lead and support implementation of ERP systems, with strong preference for

  EBIZ Frame

  .
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants for customization, integration, and upgrades.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for ERP modules.

• MIS & Reporting

• Design, generate, and analyze MIS reports to support business decision-making.
• Develop automated dashboards and ensure timely availability of data for management.

• System Administration

• Manage servers, databases, firewalls, and networks for smooth functioning.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data backup and recovery protocols.
• Maintain IT security policies, including antivirus, user access controls, and data protection measures.

• Hardware & Software Management

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
• Ensure proper licensing and updates of all software applications.
• Coordinate IT procurement and vendor management.

• User Support & Training

• Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on ERP, software tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in

  ERP implementation and support

  (EBIZ Frame preferred).
• Strong knowledge of system administration (Windows/Linux servers, databases, networking).
• Experience in

  MIS preparation, reporting tools, and business intelligence software

  .
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT compliance practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum

  3–5 years of experience

  in IT operations, with exposure to ERP implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  hardware/software installation, system administration, and MIS

  is essential.

Skills Required :

• Strong analytical skills with a business process understanding.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to organizational needs.
