The E-Commerce Associate will own Sipwise’s presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other upcoming marketplaces. This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role that combines marketplace onboarding, catalog management, advertising, analytics, and creative sales strategy. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimising performance, and ensuring Sipwise stands out across every platform.

• Handle end-to-end onboarding on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit & new partner platforms.
• Manage compliance, documentation, listing approvals, and operational workflows.
• Ensure smooth launch of new products and variants.
• Create and optimise high-converting product listings (titles, bullets, SEO keywords, A+ content).
• Coordinate required creatives (images, infographics, lifestyle shots).
• Manage pricing, stock availability, and promotions on a daily basis.
• Ensure listings stay competitive and aligned with marketplace guidelines.
• Plan, run, and optimise ads across Amazon (SP, SD, SB), Flipkart Ads, and Blinkit ads.
• Improve ROAS, reduce ACOS, and scale profitable campaigns.
• Work with internal creative teams for high-performing ad assets.
• Drive revenue growth through both paid and organic strategies.
• Track marketplace KPIs: orders, traffic, conversions, ACOS, spend efficiency, and ratings.
• Analyse competitor listings, pricing, and keyword strategies.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Work with supply chain to ensure stock health & fast fulfilment.
• Coordinate with customer support for smooth resolution of marketplace queries.
• Collaborate with design & marketing for creative needs, A+ content, and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on all new marketplace tools, features, and updates.
• Generate creative marketplace ideas that improve CTR, conversion, and customer trust.
• Experiment with new strategies, bundles, offers, and placements to unlock higher revenue.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces (Amazon experience is a must).
• Strong understanding of ads, listing optimization, SEO, and marketplace best practices.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced D2C environment.
• Someone who takes ownership and loves chasing numbers.
