Coordinate with freelance talent and tools (AI, design, etc.) to speed up execution. 6. Performance Marketing Alignment Act as the brand gatekeeper when collaborating with ad agencies. Community & Loyalty Building Develop initiatives like hydration challenges, referral programs, and storytelling campaigns to build community. Encourage UGC, reviews, and brand advocacy through emotionally engaging tactics. Qualifications & Skills Experience 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or consumer tech/D2C roles. Proven experience managing creative projects end-to-end and driving brand consistency. MBA preferred, but not mandatory. Skills Exceptional storytelling and brand thinking.
