About the Company:Stirmagic Appliances Pvt Ltd is a growing home and kitchen appliances company, managing two cookware brands — VARAHA (good & affordable range) and STIRMAGIC (premium range). Our product line includes pressure cookers, anodised cookware, and kitchen essentials, sold through online and offline channels. Role Overview:We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Manager to lead and grow our online business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify (own website), Meesho, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing online sales strategies, managing product listings and ads, coordinating with marketplaces, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and growth in sales. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Growth Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales targets for online channels. Manage promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive conversions. Monitor competition and adjust pricing strategies dynamically. Marketplace Management Handle product listings, catalog uploads, SEO optimization, and A+ content on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Resolve listing errors, suppressed ASINs, and other platform compliance issues. Coordinate with account managers and support teams from marketplaces. Performance Tracking Analyze daily sales, traffic, conversion, and return data. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans. Advertising & Marketing Manage marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) and social media campaigns (in coordination with the marketing team). Suggest and execute seasonal or festival campaigns to boost sales. Inventory & Logistics Coordination Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams for stock levels and dispatch. Ensure order fulfillment SLAs are met and address delivery issues with logistics partners. Customer Feedback & Brand Building Monitor ratings, reviews, and customer feedback. Plan strategies to improve product visibility, reputation, and repeat purchases. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Marketing preferred). 3–6 years of experience in E-commerce Sales / Marketplace Management. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools. Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Experience with consumer durables, kitchenware, or appliances will be an advantage.
