E-Commerce Marketing and Sales Executive Department:  Sales & Marketing Location: Noida Sector 62 C Block Employment Type:  Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Marketing and Sales Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, driving online traffic, increasing conversion rates, managing product listings, and improving overall customer experience across e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. E-Commerce Management Manage day-to-day operations of company’s e-commerce platforms (website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Ensure accurate and engaging product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates. Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service. 2. Digital Marketing & Promotions Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Influencer Collaborations). Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive sales, and seasonal offers to increase visibility and sales. Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI. 3. Sales Strategy & Growth Identify and pursue new e-commerce sales opportunities and partnerships. Monitor competitors and market trends to develop effective pricing and positioning strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and average order value (AOV). Generate regular sales and performance reports with actionable insights. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure effectiveness. 5. Customer Engagement & Retention Manage online reviews and customer feedback to ensure brand reputation. Develop and execute loyalty programs, retargeting strategies, and customer retention campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (2–5 years) in e-commerce marketing, online sales, or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email campaigns. Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing analytics tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with product photography coordination and content creation. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website content management. Certification in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce Management. Compensation: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
