Job Description

Job Summary: An E-Commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth across various e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), managing product listings, optimizing pricing and promotions, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of online sales strategies, marketplace operations, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales across all e-commerce platforms like Amazon , Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, Azio etc... Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns. Monitor daily sales performance, inventory, and customer feedback. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and competitor activities to improve performance. Plan and execute promotional strategies during sale events. Maintain relationships with platform account managers for better visibility and offers. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience in e-commerce sales or marketplace management. Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other online marketplaces. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
