This is a full time on-site role for an Academic counsellor role. The Academic Counsellor will serve as a key liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments to ensure a successful and enriching academic journey.

Update CRM software with call logs, customer details, and order information. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and service. Provide feedback from customers to the marketing and product teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs. Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email handling). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales across all e-commerce platforms like Amazon , Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, Azio etc... Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns. Monitor daily sales performance, inventory, and customer feedback. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and competitor activities to improve performance. Plan and execute promotional strategies during sale events. Maintain relationships with platform account managers for better visibility and offers. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree.
