Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Generate leads and convert them into successful sales. Follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Update CRM software with call logs, customer details, and order information. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and service. Provide feedback from customers to the marketing and product teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs. Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email handling). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
